Child Protection - how to use MyConcern

Description:

MyConcern will be used in our schools for the 2024-25 school year. The training will focus on how to use this new child protection reporting system, including the functions of MyConcern, and the expectations from the organization as to how it will be used in each school.

The YCIS Pudong PD team will go through the basic functions of the MyConcern child protection platform, such as how to raise a concern in the system, etc. The Pudong Team will also share their experiences of using MyConcern, and will give some tips on how to set it up on the backend “Admin” function.  There will also be a Q&A session at the end to answer questions from the audience.  We strongly encourage all schools to send their relevant DSLs/CPOs and people who will work on the set up of MyConcern in your school.
