Connect, Empower, Transform – Peer Mentorship Programme

Introduction:

Welcome to the Connect, Empower, Transform – Peer Mentorship Programme for 2023.24. 

We are thrilled to invite you to join us as we embark on a transformative journey towards developing peer mentorship in our schools. This workshop aims to provide an in-depth introduction to peer mentoring, explore its benefits and provide practical strategies to help participants enhance their programme.

We will share a comprehensive overview and the expected outcomes for the coming year. By participating in this workshop, you will further gain insights into suggested activities and resources for 2023.24 and learn about our vision for the future, looking ahead to 2024-26. Participants will engage in interactive group discussions and connect with like-minded colleagues across our organization.

We understand how daunting it can be to implement such a programme alone. We are dedicated to supporting participants every step of the way by providing access to ongoing support, guidance and resources.
