About the Online Course
In addition to being an accomplished editor on interpersonal relationships, Henry Wong is one of the few administrators who have served in both academic and non-academic roles in schools. He has more than sixteen years of work experience in international schools based in Singapore, China, and the US. His administrative positions have included Senior Admissions and Marketing Manager, Business Administration Director and, Co-head.

The presenter will describe the role of a team leader in customer service. As a starter, he will briefly offer five suggestions for building a service culture within the school settings. At the end of the presentation, Henry will allow participants an opportunity to assess their capacity of leading their team in legendary service. A score and its interpretation will be provided.
